In using the Green Yoga website, you are agreeing to be legally bound by these terms as modified from time to time (‘Terms’). Before using the Green Yoga website it is your responsibility to read Green Yoga’s Privacy Policy and to inform Green Yoga if you do not want us to collect information about you.

Use of the Green Yoga website

The Green Yoga website is owned and operated by Green Yoga. Green Yoga reserves the right to suspend or to terminate your access to the Green Yoga website at any time, with or without notice.

Competitions, prize draws and promotions

Green Yoga may on occasion run competitions or prize draws either on its own behalf, for other parties or in conjunction with commercial partners. These will be subject to additional rules and conditions which will be made available at the time of any such competition.

Green Yoga reserves the right to make changes to any part of the Green Yoga website and to add to or change these Terms or the Privacy Policy. By assessing Green Yoga’s website and online services, you agree that such access and/or use, as well as these Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with Singapore laws and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

No failure or delay by Green Yoga to exercise or enforce any of its rights under these Terms will operate as a waiver of such rights nor will such failure or delay in way prejudice or affect its right at any time thereafter to act strictly in accordance with our rights under the Terms.
