Green Yoga is fully committed to protect your personal data. We only collect personal data in order for us to serve your need as a student/client. Green Yoga collects different information in order to help us improve the services and products we offer and to provide unique personalized services and products to each student/client.

More specifically, we collect your personal data when you register in any of our studios in order to take classes, when you sign up and pay for an Green Yoga membership, and through any web-based interface such as our newsletter mailing list, our “facebook.com” group and the like.

You are under no obligation to provide any personal data to Green Yoga. However, in order that Green Yoga is able to provide you with its services and products, the minimum information we need is your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and NRIC/FIN/Passport number. We do communicate regularly via emails as well as periodic SMS text message sent to your mobile phone. If you prefer not to receive any notifications by from Green Yoga in either of these channels, please inform us and we make the necessary adjustments.

Green Yoga may also request additional information from you in order to obtain a better understanding of how Green Yoga can meet your needs. In all instances, it is entirely your choice whether or not to provide information. In some cases, for us to provide the service requested, you will be required to give certain information, whether you do or not is your choice. Obviously if you do not, then we may not be able to provide the services requested, in all cases when you are required to give information, we will inform you accordingly. We will inform you in cases when it is obligatory for you to provide information so that you can receive.

We will only use your personal data in relation to our core business and related activities. We commit to you that we do not sell your personal data to any third party. We hate spam as much as you do. Any communication you may receive will be directly from us at Green Yoga, about events and news regarding Green Yoga studios. However, we might throw in some interesting information on cool events, products, and happenings, too.
