Yoga Basics
Back to basics! This class is designed with the absolute beginners in mind. The focus is an introduction to basic yoga poses & healthy alignment. Here you will practice standing asana (poses) such as Mountain, Warrior, Triangle, Downward Facing Dog as well as seated poses plus beginner modifications to inversions and backbends. Hence, it incorporates yogic breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques - great for stress relief and overall relaxation.
Detox Flow
A unique class taught in a warm room designed to detoxify and energize through breath and movement. Flow with creative sequencing to build strength, increase endurance, release tension and cultivate flexibility and openness. Best for loosing weight and feeling fresh from within.
Yoga Core
Specially designed for toning the abdominal muscles, flattening the tummy, trimming down the waist and strengthening core back. Learn specific yoga practices which really give results. A wonderful class suitable for all levels of yogis.
Hot 26
Hot yoga is a form of the ancient practice that is done in the heated room. The temperature of the room will vary, though generally around 38 to 40 degrees Celsius. Each pose is a challenge based on personal abilities; each pose addresses a certain area of the body, bestowing specific and powerful health benefits. This class is designed for all levels.
Hot 101 (A) or (B)
Yoga poses done in a heated room to release and relax muscles faster, ideal to loose weight. One of the most popular practices of modern times. In hot room it’s easier to stretch as well as heal. Works wonders in releasing back pain, joint pain, and knee pain and water retention. Hot 101 (A) focuses on the first part of the 26 sequences which covers the standing series while the Hot 101 (B) covers the second part covers the spine-stretching and back strengthening floor sequence.
Hot Stretch (New)
Involves extensive stretching of body parts and muscles. Hence, improves the flexibility of your body. The heat (28 degrees - 30 degrees) will loosen your muscles and joints, and you will be able to stretch them beyond their usual limits. Your muscles will become more toned and stronger, and you will also develop a stronger spine. Best for loosing weight and achieve your body a more balanced metabolism.
Power Hour (New)
Power Up! A challenging one hour of total body toning that will get your heart rate up and your muscles burning. It is essential to have basic foundation before coming for this class.
Gentle Flow
Soothing gentle class focuses on an exploration of basic yoga poses and how to connect them through attention to breathing, alignment and mindfulness. Expect lots of stretching & lingering in supported seated poses. Meditation and relaxation techniques will also be introduced, perfect for stress relief and overall well being.
Yuan Yoga (Restorative)
Restorative poses are an important part of any long-term yoga practice: they recharge our energy reserves, heal the effects of stress, and bring our nervous systems into a more balanced state. This class will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and renewed.
Yin & Yang
This class is a quiet, deep practice where the postures are held for 3-5 minutes. Postures range from passive to mildly active with a focus on the connective tissues of the hips, thighs, pelvis and lower spine. The second half of the class will follow a relaxed, slow flow, linking the classical yoga postures into a flowing sequence that integrates the breath and movement to promote heat, flexibility, and stability.
Yoga Balance
This class requires tremendous concentration and focus. Asana practice is a meditation, as the mind is focused on the body part(s) bearing our whole body weight, therefore one must remain one-pointed & still to maintain balance. Equanimity is developed through the following series of asanas and preparations for balancing poses.
GENTLE REMINDER
As part of our efforts to instill booking discipline, we have introduced a new penalty system to protect the interests of our valued customers.
All cancelations are to be done at least two hours before the start of the booked classes. Failure to do so will result in suspension of booking privileges for the subsequent one week. This is to ensure that any unused slots may be made available to others timely.

Please arrive 15 minutes before class to allow sufficient time to sign in and change attire. Registration will cease 5 minutes prior to class commencement. Latecomers will not be admitted.
